DEE-Ltd has significant expertise in the provision of niche manufacturing solutions. We have demonstrable experience in offline subassembly, the production of multifaceted vehicle systems and whole vehicle assembly.
Working with customers and inhouse departments, we devise the assembly methodology, generate process documentation, and validate the manufacturing process. We facilitate your complex build requirements in accordance with established ISO 9001 quality standards, directly managing suppliers, material procurement and logistics to achieve a timely delivery to tight budgets.
Subject to our customer requirements, we are able to select the most appropriate manufacturing process from a range of multidisciplined techniques. We have developed an extensive product offering which includes the use of casting, machining, fabrication, rapid prototyping, and composite layup.
